Chris Jamroz

Executive Chairman

Chris Jamroz is Executive Chairman of St. George Logistics, North America’s fastest growing provider of specialty 3PL and transportation services critical to the global supply chain. He is Chairman of the Board of CMS Info Systems and an independent Director on the Board of its wholly-owned subsidiary SIPL, a Baring Private Equity Asia portfolio company and one of the largest secure logistics companies in the world, headquartered in Mumbai, India. In 2018 Chris was nominated by the Prime Minister of Poland to represent the nation's economic interests in the United States as Chairman of the Polish American Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC. Chris is also a Governor of the Royal Ontario Museum ('ROM'), Toronto-based Canada's largest museum. Previously, Chris was President and COO of Garda Cash Logistics. Under Chris’ transformational leadership, Garda became #1 currency supply chain, secure logistics and cash business services provider in North America. Prior to Garda, Chris was a top executive at one of the best-established investment banking groups, globally, as the Head of JPMorgan's corporate finance practice in Canada. 

Allen Ramsay

Chief Financial Officer

Allan Ramsay is the Chief Financial  Officer at Emergent Cold. He has over 20 years of financial and operational experience in global consumer products, private equity backed SaaS software, as well as the agriculture industry. Allen received his BA and MBA from Wake Forest University and has lived and worked globally.

Board of Directors

Mark Kovac is a partner in Bain & Company’s Dallas office.  Mark joined Bain in 1996 and is currently global head of Bain’s B2B Commercial Excellence practice. Mark is also a leader and former head of Bain’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) practice in the Americas. Mark has significant experience in developing and leading commercial excellence programs with clients in the across a variety of B2B sectors, including technology, media, telecom, financial services, travel and industrial goods & services.  Mark also has deep experience working with clients across the TMT ecosystem, including telecommunications equipment & service providers, enterprise software & hardware companies, IT service providers and both traditional & digital media companies.  Mark also has a significant experience working with Bain’s Private Equity Group to execute strategic due diligence assignments and Bain’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice to plan for and execute merger integration assignments.

Mark is a published author on the topics of sales effectiveness, loyalty and go-to-market strategy, including, “The New Science of Salesforce Productivity,” published in the September 2006 Harvard Business Review.  Mark has also co-authored several Bain briefs, including: “Can communication service providers earn their customers love?” (2011), “Creating an adaptive go-to-market system (2012), Is complexity killing your sales model?” (2013), “Mastering the new realities of sales” (2014), Bought not sold: Marketing and selling to digitally empowered business customers (2015), When You Need Sales Specialists, Not Sales Generalists (2016) and The Analytics of Sales Time Well Spent (2017).

Earlier in his career, Mark spent three years with Price Waterhouse as a senior accountant and two years with Dell as a treasury manager.  Mark earned an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, graduating in 1996 as a Tuck Scholar.  He also graduated magna cum laude from Miami University (Ohio) in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. 

Since 1996, Ms. Harrington has served as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of The Bakery Cos. (“TBC”), a manufacturer in the wholesale baking, frozen dough and storage industries. Under Ms. Harrington’s leadership, The Bakery Cos. have received many awards, including the 50 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned Businesses and Nashville Business Journal’s Best in Business Award. Ms. Harrington was inducted into the American Society of Baking Hall of Fame in 2018, and she received Nashville Business Journal’s Most Admired CEO Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017. From 1990 to 1998, Ms. Harrington owned and operated three McDonald’s franchises. From 2007 to 2013, she served on the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Nashville Branch. Ms. Harrington serves on the Zoe’s Kitchen Board of Directors (NYSE: ZKE) and the Tennessee Education Lottery Board.  She is a member of the Chief Executives Organization Board of Directors (President-Elect), American Bakers Association Board of Directors (President-Elect), and the Belmont University Board of Trustees. She serves as a judge for the 2018 EY Entrepreneur of the Year National Award judging panel and is a member of Women Corporate Directors.

Founder of Eskesen Advisory, specializing in advising executives about their unique challenges and opportunities with core expertise in the refrigerated cargo segment. Eskesen Advisory aims to deliver customized value, based on past experience as a global executive having established insights and connections from around the world. Eskesen was a Maersk Global Management Executive (until end June 2015). He is an experienced leader with a proven international track record. Eskesen is globally accountable for 4 billion revenue management in specific category portfolios end to end as well as strategic direction setting and asset planning, commercial pipeline, product development, innovation and execution. Most recently Eskesen was in charge of the global refrigerated business and special cargo. He has held various functional leadership positions at Corporate Head Quarters in Denmark for the worlds largest shipping company, Maersk Line and was involved in the Global Leadership Team setting the overall strategic agenda. Prior to that spent 12 years in Hong Kong, China and United States in various leadership and functional roles. Key motivational drivers include delivering stretched goals, seeking innovative solutions to improve products and grow top line in close collaboration with customers, process improvements and IT.
